From what I understand is that when the flop comes, you typically check to the raiser. In micro-stakes, when should you lead over the raiser? Or should you check to the raiser ?

Hmmm, good question.
If you have a very well-disguised hand, and raiser is a known maniac, then you could induce maniacal behaviour by leading.
Let's say you hold 5♠:3♥: and the flop come 6♥:2♣:4♠:
Rather far-fetched situation maybe, but still...
I have moved your question to our NLHE board, because this isn't a hand.
I would almost always check to the raiser. even on higher limits, but if you play multi way there are some boards that you can better lead than check. Especially on a wet board and you have hit a strong hand that needs protection.
