Hey,
if a person limps and then reraises, what does that mean concerning their range? I mostly see 1-tablers do this.

Mostly AA/KK, some people do this with random crap, but that's not as frequent and you'll notice such guy quite quickly

I would assume at lower levels it mostly premiums (AK,QQ+) as well.
Don't change your change for these players though, you'll find they will limp/fold-limp/call which much worse hands when you isolate these fish.
if you have been isolating him and then suddenly he pops out, just fold maybe even QQ.
but he do it a couple of hands, you can start calling him with a widerrange
