Open hands examples in PLO2 rush

Hey guys,

I wanted to check with you five positions. Given that nobody has joined the pot, should i open raise the following five hands?

1. KQQ3 rainbow on the button
2. Ad2d7c8h from cutoff
3. 6d9cThJh from cutoff
4. 9s9d7h3s from button
5. KhKc8h9s from middle position

What is the best way to learn starting hands in PLO? Just post threads like this? Or are there any programs where I can like check hand rankings or similar?

Hey Gabriel,

While you're waiting, you should check out our free PLO equity trainer, PokerStrategy.com Equilab Omaha. This is a great tool for practicing equity calculations for hand vs hand and range vs range.

Thank you very much Laz! I actually use it all the time while I play. I one-table PLO2 rush and pause the hand after every hand I play to do an equity estimation. I am a mathematician by occupation, so looking at the numbers comes naturally to me ;) :f_p:
