I’m not familiar with software for 5 Card draw. If I play it I don’t use any software for it.
Maybe others know something about. So I bumped the thread for you.

Hey GPokerKing,
The only software that I'm aware of is FreePokerDataBase (FPDB) an open source project. It is very difficult to setup and get running properly and because it is open source, there is limited support.
As for Hand Converters, the best one would be Feral Cow.
