On the principle that "you bet when worse hands can call" then you could bet out post-draw, and possibly get calls from worse two pair.

It somewhat depends on who you're up against, too

A better question might be, If one of them bets, do I call?.

Quite an easy call I feel, unless they are super passive. Otherwise I believe some people value bet kings up and some worse 2 pairs, or even bluff draws.

If we lead and get raised then it becomes a much harder decision, especially vs villains who have tendency to overplay 2 pair vs draw 3. Usually this line means you're beat but vs hyper aggro guys it's not that straightforward.

I do believe worse can call, especially decent two pair hands

Hmm, HU, I would say yes, lead but against 2 players I would hesitate and check my notes on the villains.
A lot depends on that. I think leading out and check calling are ok most of the time.
On the other hand: what is the chance you will miss value by check-calling?
Again very villain dependent.
