Hello,
Are there predefined calling hand ranges in Equilab (as there are open-raise charts)?
If not, what should I do? Build it by my own?

This answer applies to the free version. If you have the paid version, things may be different.
If you click the button for hand range selection you should see something like:
(well except for the epub catalog — I don't know how that got in there!)
Some sections have additional ranges when expanded.
It is possible to add your own ranges — the bottom three in this screenshot are ones I added

I do know how to open these charts, and I do find open hand ranges, 3 bet, BB defence, etc.
However, I don't find calling hand range charts (except from the BB).
Do you know if there are any predefined calling range charts?

I don't know of any for Equilab, but there are a large number of GTO charts that are available for free if you search for them.
They could be converted to Equilab format I suppose, but I've never done it.
