As you can see, I've edited your post.
I did this because on the surface it appears to be data-mining, which is against the terms and conditions of most poker rooms.

To contact customer service, go to https://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/support/, scroll all the way to the bottom, click the + sign beside "Open a new ticket" and give them all the details you can.
