The link you posted downloads a file, but that's it.
People might think that this is proprietary software, and if so, it would be contrary to our forum principles to post it — or to post passwords to it.
Edit: I did download and extract the archive, but my anti-virus software complains about the contents, so I won't attempt to run it on my main computer.
