Equilab Font Size

I have used Equilab in the past and would like to continue using it, however currently it is completely unusable. I have a new 3.5k resolution screen and when opening the range selection it is so small that I can't read the hands that are selected. I searched and found a 7 year old suggestion, to increase the font size for the system. And while I found this solution to be unacceptable I tried it to see what would happen. It increased everything else within Equilab, which made it easier to read everything else, but it didn't increase the range selection screen. There are no settings to change anything within Equilab so unless I was to change screen resolution to something way less then optimal I will not be able to use Equilab.
I noticed in the suggestion for a fix the original questioner mentioned that Flopzilla didn't have this problem, and an admin questioned and doubted this. I know why this would be, Doug Hull was a software engineer before getting into poker and starting Red Chip, so I guarantee that his software was well designed (from a software engineering standpoint, I haven't used it and don't know how it works in a poker sense) and understood that different people on different systems with different screen resolutions would use his software and there are ways of accounting for this when writing a program, Equilab looks to have been made by someone with a passing knowledge of programming.
I get that Equilab is free but on modern systems with greater and greater resolutions, having a program with a fixed pixel size will get smaller and smaller and need either workarounds to be usable without a magnifying glass or need to be rewritten.
