Hello,
For a few days now I have a display issue with the range matrice using Equilab. When I click on the range matrice on the main menu I have a white screen appearing and can't select any combos. I can only manually fill out the field of ranges for each position.
Does anyone had this issue or know what's happening in my case ?

I have never seen this particular issue before.
However, there have been similar problems in the past.
Before trying the suggestion below, be sure to take a screen shot of your current settings so you can reverse the changes if necessary.

It would help if you could provide a screenshot. As a basic member you can neither post images not links, however if you upload the screenshot to a service such as imgur.com, then paste the URL here — just change the https:// to http_\\ I'll be able to figure it out.
It would also help to provide the operating system you're using.

Sorry I missed this when you posted it.
The following steps would have worked in all versions of Windows from the original NT to W10 — I don't know about W11
You noticed that the window you want is there — but just not visible.
So...
click on the taskbar, then click on the Equilab window you want — then don't touch the mouse until the following steps are done.
press alt-spacebar. At this point a menu should pop up on your monitor near one of the edges.
Using only the arrow keys on your keyboard select "move" then press enter.
A 4-headed arrow on the side of the monitor nearest to the windows virtual position.
Again using the arrow keys move the 4-headed arrow toward the centre of your monitor — the window you want should follow.
