Is it described anywhere what the difference is between these two "Evaluate" options? I am surprised by the results of Enumerate All in multiway pots (5 way, 4 random and 1 25% range), one of the random players always seems to have an unbelievably high equity compared to the others. What could be driving this?

I'm not 100% sure how these methods work, but I know that enumerate all should be the better option in many cases. Only in "complex" calculations monte carlo can be better because enumerate all would be too slow. When you are comparing very wide (or random) ranges with multiple players, that would be quite complex.
If you let that enumerate all finish working, then the result should be the same. But I have now tried your example and my equilab has been running for a minute and it is still 0% completed.
So, the reason why you see different results is that enumerate all in this case takes a long time and you haven't let it finish.
