When i press the hand range button in equilab a popup window tries to appear (it worked previously) where i could set up the villain ranges. Now when i do it the pop up is blank so i cant do any study.
Any help appreciated

Welcome to PokerStrategy.com 
For some reason that window will sometimes open up off screen.
When it should be open do this:
press alt-spacebar -- a menu will open up somewhere on your screen
in that menu, click "move" -- a four-headed arrow will open up close to the edge of your screen.
Using the arrow keys on your keyboard, move that arrow toward the centre of your screen.
If the windows doesn't appear by the time the 4-headed arrow gets to the opposite edge, press enter and repeat
When the window is in position, press enter to end the process.
If that doesn't work, let us know...
