My Range Selector (card matrix) is "zoomed out" so the hand selector is really small within the appropriately sized window and I can't figure out how to zoom back in...
Any advice appreciated...

There is a fix for that that involves the compatibility settings for this application.

Fantastic.
If that hadn't worked, then the only solution is to change the scaling for all apps.
Fortunately, since Windows 10 this method has worked.
