Hi canyang,
It appears that the evtools is gone.

You can search the internet archive to see if there is a copy there:
https://archive.org/details/software

There is also an advanced search function that might help.

It might also help us if you could tell us how and where you found out about ev tools.

Is there evtools resource software source code, is there an archive database, is there a website?

I just posted the link to an archive.

The above software seems to be unable to download

I fixed the link
That link does not point to any software that can be downloaded.

It points to an archive, which is a collection of old programs that are no longer available.
If evtools exists on that archive, you yourself must search for it, until you either find it or until you conclude it is not there.

If you cannot find it on that site, perhaps it exists on other archives.
If you are determined to find this program, you're going to have to do a lot of work.

Best of luck :gl:,
VS

Perhaps the only way is to contact him through the author’s registered email address,

Yes -- good idea.
Try that.

Let us know what happens

Hey canyang,
I found this quite by accident today.

It is not the specific program you seek, but it does similar things...
https://www.cardrunnersev.com/

Also, have you looked at Equilab?
It also does equity calculations -- and it is free

Probably he will reply by email, why not try it?
Since the software is so very old, it is possible that the email address no longer works.

If you send the email, you will find out.
