Hi!

I have not got the e-mail about the poker programs after 2000 points! Maybe I have accidently deleted the mail, if so can you please send me a new one.

You have done the best poker site - keep up the good work,

You should ask this via Ticketsystem, because nobody of the Supportteam is regulary looking here. But it can take some time before you get thoses license stuff so beeing a little bit patient would be a way too

How can I reach Ticketsystem, because it has been over a month i have been waiting for the free programs.

Hi antonioconto,

The lisences have not been sent out yet. You were probably barely not part of the last batch, and it can usually take quite a while, due to us having to order them.
