registered a new account,
purchased the full version (100 $),
put in my ID on your page.
sadly I didn't get the promised gold status.
What went wrong?

How long ago did you make the purchase?
It appears you joined April 1 2020.
If this is incorrect, that might be the problem -- you need to be a member when you make the purchase.
If you did join yesterday, then you likely did nothing wrong -- we usually suggest that these things take about 48 hours to complete.
If a few days go by, and still no gold, then I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your HM3 customer ID etc.
