How useful is the ICM Trainer from Pokerstrategy for the Micro MTT in 2024? It also seems to me that there hasn't been an update for a long time?

I think that it still shows the basics, but higher-level thinking is now focused on GTO and FGS (future game simulation)
I never used the tool myself, since I didn't play traditional SnGs much
