I'm trying to purchase Equilab but cannot find my machine code. I look where the instructions suggested but nothing came up. Can anyone help with this?

Can you copy-and-paste the instructions?
I can't find them, and if I could see the exact instructions, I might be able to help.

Hi, thanks for responding. This is from "poker tools", and more info under Buy Equilab. When I clicked on Help - About there was no code.

To purchase the Power-Equilab, please follow these simple three steps:

Step 1: Choose your preferred license-model in the list below.

Step 2: Transfer the corresponding amount via FastSpring payment. During the payment process, you have to enter the Machine-Code of your computer.

The Machine-Code is shown in the Power-Equilab under [Help/About...]

or in the Purchase-Dialog.

Step 3: Your personal version of the Power-Equilab will be activated within a few hours. You only have to restart the Power-Equilab. If you indicate an email-address during the payment process, you will receive an confirmation as well.

OK I'll see what I can find.

I can't do anything for a while, since I have PokerStars open, and pokerstars will complain if I have Equilab open.

Also, it might be more helpful if you go to
http://power-equilab.com/index.php/contact

and ask them directly for help.

All the best,

Thanks. I am literally in the middle of processing the payment.

I sent them an email and they said you were looking into it.

I had Equilab open from some training I was doing and went on Pokerstars to look at something and immediately had my hand slapped. I don't even have any money on the site so I suppose it was an auto email reading me the riot act.

Do you think I could process my order today and send the machine code later once we find it?

That is exactly what PokerStars does.
Their terms and conditions specify that you must not run some software while the client is open.

I've been bitten by that a few times.

I installed Power-Equilab.
I then clicked Help, then About.

This is what I found:

Be sure you are using Power-Equilab -- checck the version number is Help | About
It should be 1.10.43.0

If it is anything else, download it again, and try to re-install it.

I've done pretty much all I can -- Hopefully they can figure it out for you.

All the best,
VS

I reinstalled the program and a different window popped up with the code so I was able to place the order. Thank you for your help with this.

I noticed in another post that you are in BC. I am too.

Thanks again.

Nice that the problem is fixed. I have moved your thread to our Poker Tools section.
Than other members can find it faster and it fits better as well.

Cheers,
