Xeester detects me only TournSummary folder on Pokerstars, when I add it manually it not collects hands, and TournSummary folder import sessions with errors

can you send us more details on our forum ?
Is your configuration as described in the user guide ?
If you have import errors, please send the history files to our support, so as our technical staff can check them.

I have been using Xeester for just under 3 weeks.
Yesterday the following happened.
1 - The HUD stopped working for Full Tilt Poker. (still works for other sites)
2 - Xeester stopped automatically importing hands for Full Tilt Poker, forcing me to manually import hands.
3 - Xeester no longer recognizes 6-max tables, they do not even appear in the errors folder and will not allow me to import them manually.
WTF is going on?
I am playing the same type of tables/stakes as I have done for the previous 3 weeks, and it has successfully imported 6-max tables before.
The refresh button does NOTHING for FTP tables.
All of these problems began yesterday after the last FTP update. (30mb, big update by FTP standards)
Does your software no longer work for Full Tilt Poker?
Please advise ASAP

i have a problem with the hud since i start playing on 888 poker : hud don recognize seating table

if in a 6 max is almost ok on 8 max and 9 max is tottaly desaster . is there no option where i sit the hud just to fit on all tables?

why you dont upgrade the software with a normal table on each poker room? why is on all default table?

what should i do to stop doing mannually for each sit on the table?

Hey a quick one: can you make notes and color code players at the tables with the software like in hem/pt4?

Xeester "update" has changed nothing.
The HUD is nowhere to be seen on FTP, it is not automatically importing FTP hands, and the refresh button does not work anymore either.
Only works for PokerStars and 888...

Does the hand history folder referenced for FTP in Xeester still contain your hand history files ?
If yes, can you post on our forum an example of those hand histories (reply on your xeester post) ?

Yes the hand histories are all in there, but I've had to manually import FTP hh's since this problem began, and they won't appear in the software until I do. (not so all of the above for PokerStars and 888)
Interestingly the HUD does appear in the replay software.

A screenshot of the folder contents?
Copy/Paste a notepad file???

The notepad hand histories look no different since the FTP update.
Plus I have a question. (perhaps silly!)
Does Xeester require Java?

Please send us one of the last hand history files that were not automatically imported.
You can send them by email at contact(at)xeester.com, or via our forum.
Xeester uses a custom Java engine, embedded in the software. No need to have a standard Java engine installed on your computer.

Yes you can create your own categories (name and color) and assign them manually.
You can also create "badges" for your HUD. Badges automatically color players.

did you tried yourself on 888 poker on all seats? 9 max 8 max 6 max and is working?

L.E.- i am not satisfied about this product and i would like to ask you if there is a way to receive money back or i dont know a part of them . i made subscription 20 days ago and most of the products have 30 days money back if i dont mistake and i would like to cancel my sibscription

Some 888 hand history files do not include information about the number of seats.
When that case happens, a Xeester dialog window should show up and and ask you to indicate the real number of seats.
Did that dialog appear ?
Please check that when you open the menu xeester menu Options>Preferences, "Default number of seats to be used for unknown 888 formats" is not selected ("-").

You can ask a refund via our request form if you want.

if i subscribe for a limit, can i upgrade it in the future, or do i have to buy also the next limit

Yes you can upgrade, you will just pay the difference.

Hi Rivaci, i have a little problem with xeester as it is not tracking my hands when i play rush poker on full tilt.
even if i import the hands manually it doesn't track them. can you help me ?
