I would suggest that you ask PokerStars support. I can't even test this, since I'm from Canada, and we cannot use credit cards or Skrill to deposit there.
Keep in mind that unless you have already done so, PokerStars will need to verify your identity using your government issued ID, and proof of address before you withdraw, so if there is anything irregular about your situation, it is best to get it resolved first.
So just ask them — use the help button in the client is the fastest way.
