I hate it when that happens. After over 15 years of playing on-line poker it has only happened a few times. In each case, I was actually wrong.
The best thing to do is to open your PokerStars hand history folder, find the file that represents that session, then post the hand in this thread.
Don't post the raw text, though. Paste it into a hand converter like Convert Hand - Pokeit
We'll have a look, and if you indeed missed out on winning a pot, you can then send email to the appropriate support address for your region.
In that email, send the exact text of the hand.
