Hi guys,
I have one more question concerning PT4 and 888. Now PT4 works with 888, it finds the room, but the HUD gets totally messed up when I open a SnG. It doesn´t show the stats under the right player, the HUDs are shifted so the stats are displayed unter the wrong players. How can I fix this?
Hey Primrose6789,
The only problem is that the HUDs are under wrong players?
I'm not a PT4 user but I guess you can set your preferred seat in the settings just like in HM2? That way PT will always know where you are sitting.
For your HUD positions are you using preferred seating? If so you'd want to see this:
888 may also have specifics with respect to preferred seating:
If you use the preferred seating option, the stats at your table may not move to the correct positions until you have played and imported at least one full hand. Until this point PokerTracker 4 can not know you are seated at the table, therefore it does not know to use the preferred seat settings.

Thank you for your advices. I did this and now the HUD is arranged in the same patterns but still: The HUDs are shiftet to 2 places to the right (counterclock-wise). They still are not under the right player.
What can I do?
If you are sure that your preferred seating is setup correctly then you will need to drag each players HUD across two seats, click the PT icon and then choose 'Save Layout'. By default the HUD placed on the table is locked in position to avoid accidentally moving the HUD while playing however you can move the HUD to new locations on the table by holding the Control key while dragging the HUD (command key on a Mac). You can also click the PT-icon and select "Unlock Layout" to move the HUD around on the table without the need to hold the control key.

So now it works for the 9-max tables, the HUDs are now only shifted at 10-max. So guess have to shift around the HUDs at the 10-maxes but I will check my settings with the preferred seat again.
Yes - if you have a similar issue on another table size then re-position the HUD's in the same way.
