I have just started playing on FTP again for the first time since they made the global player pool for each limit and I can now only see stats from one table at the time, so if I have multiple table open at the same stake I only see stats from one table. Is this a general problem or is there a solution to it?

Might you be using an older PokerTracker4? This was addressed a number of releases ago so please click and download this for a Windows machine: https://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT4/download.php?file=PT-Install-v4.14.7.exe
If it's a Mac download this instead: https://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT4/download.php?file=PT-Install-v4.14.7.dmg
Reboot your computer, do not start Pokertracker4 or uninstall it and run the upgrade installer you downloaded.

Take a screenshot or two so we can see what's happening with the tables: How to create a screenshot
For screenshots make sure to not zoom in on anything or overlap tables such that one table obscures part of another.
Once you have the logs and screenshots you can use the logging link above which includes instructions on opening/sending a support ticket.
