I would like to help, but that is not enough detail.

First, set the report conditions
 Cash games or tournaments?
 On the main page, check that the right button is select -- $ or T
 Click the "View Stats" button

Now, clear all your filters
 On the left hand side, click the item that says Clear All Filters Above
 Look further down and make sure it says "No Quick Filter" in the bottom section.

Now, choose a report
Use the "Report" drop-down and choose "Overview"

Display the results
On the right-hand side, on the top row of buttons click the "Results" button
On the right-hand side, on the bottom row of buttons, click "Basic" and "By Stake" or "By Buy-In"

View the Results
Click "Refresh" on the top right-hand side of the page.

Does this report show correctly?

Do the following while playing
Click the "Get Hands While Playing" button
Does your HUD work?
Are hands being imported into your database correctly? To check this, click on the "Play Poker" button, then click on "View Today's Hands".
Also click on "View Import Status" and look for messages.

You may have a problem with your database:

Nope with my nickname selected, other players do work

Does your HUD work?
Are hands being imported into your database correctly? To check this, click on the "Play Poker" button, then click on "View Today's Hands".
Also click on "View Import Status" and look for messages.

HUD is working, hands are imported correctly, messages are good.
I can see my last hands at play poker- my hands.

So database works fine I guess.

I will try to reenter the username and if that not work I will contact support team.
I actually thought some rep is active here.

Hi pokerplayernumber1,
In the top image above, the "Player" dropdown is blank.
If it really is blank use the drop-down to select your screen name.

Yes, PokerTracker still has a rep here, however the rep might not work weekends. If they don't reply in a few days, contact there support.
