So now at NL10... been moving quiet well seeing as i was only at NL2 a few weeks ago, and before that was a massively losing player..

I see some A3 Hands in here, but such a small amount of his range that i think im more than normaly good here, the turn shove by him.. I was intending on doing the same, so wasnt folding.

So not to bad for first shot.. but was at one point at 900bb~ so... that kinda sucks ha, but was also -350bb at one point to.. so... i guess im ok, looking for start to build a cliff though.. need around $18 a day, so 180bb for rest of the month in order to move to NL25 by may

Your blue line (aka showdown) is normaly higher than red one (non showdown) because you play more for value, its so normal to micro stakes, since you dont need (and are -ev at this level) to do hard moves making players fold, and because ppl fold few, making you have more showdowns.
this is how i interpret it:
showdown line is good - it means you play with good good hands and fold the ones you'd lose with on the showdown.
all-in EV is below Net Amount Won - means you won some hands you statistically weren't favored to win when you went all-in (watch out for that, "you were lucky.")
and finally non showdown winning show how much money you put in the pot and then folded. sometimes you made a good fold, but other times you shouldn't have called villains's bets in the first place!
okay, since i'm a newbie, i hope this was at least somewhat useful (and correct interpretation).

Pre-flop.. obviously just over 3x him for value, ecpecting to get called by Ax Kx etc. etc..
Flop - When he checks, i think hes either slow-playing or has fuck all.. so when he c/r i personally dont see a Q in his hand, maybe a FD but just didnt think that hed re-raise a flush draw.. i think he would play this way for Trips.. put i see him re-raising pre-flop with QQ, etc. and wouldnt call with 66 or 77.
turn.. - hes trying to rep the flush.. just didnt believe him ha..
river - doesnt matter.
I was correct on my though process, just went about it in a non-mathematical way. and 99outta100 people will say to fold to his c/r on flop.
So its abit late, but its the first real (half) month of playing poker, and seem to be doing pretty well.. Just going to go over what some of my goals were, and if I have done them etc, and set some more goals up for myself.
Well to start of, been 'studying hard' at uni.. and studying hard at poker. Moved from NL2 to NL10 in around 2weeks, this is due mainly to the success of a MTT which gave me the bankroll, but I seem to be able to handle myself at the NL10 level, so will hopefully progress onto NL25 within the next month or so.
Some life goals, want to start going to the gym abit more, and get a routine going that induces 4hours of poker playing and 1 hour of poker study everyday for the next month or so, and try to fit this around uni so that i can still get my degree. But would be awesome to actualy get a routine going for myself even if i keep to it quiet loosely. Something like i go to the gym every other day, or something like this so that i can get physically fit again, and i believe this helps with mental strength too.. If anyone has any ideas about what would be good to keep my brain active so that i can grind for a much longer period of time.. I have got the background of a pro gamer, so i am used to being at 100% dedication to something for hours and hours and hours at a time.. So thats helping me allot.
I'm finding that the more i learn the more i dont know, which is a good thing and also annoying. Its like with everything where there will never be an end and will never be a 100% proof gotten way to win at poker, but Im enjoying it allot and starting to experiment with different types of hands and able to play a little looser, and not so much a rock anymore.
Have to thank Emanuel for coaching still, been a great help and hope this progress for at least the near future. Got a new friend out of him also, as well as joined the random rant group Awesome bunch of guys, and love them all

So with graphs being all over the place, I couldnt put one decent one up, due to HEM being shit. But last month i was up around +$210 and hope to carry on the good work.

Well started on a massive downer, didnt have to much time spare and was on my phone.. so played some tournoment games, this resulted in my phone then crashing on me.. (iPhone too 
) and the games just being unplayable.. grabbed my laptop, and i had joined with all the tounoments at around >10bb.. so.. excellent, went out in no-ITM at all on this one.. So played some CG NL10, lost a BI.. QQ v AT he flopped AAT.. Nice.. I went on a tilt.. lost another BI..
Realised i was on tilt.. So thank fuck for that.. went and browsed some videos and decided to have one more shot, knowing that i got it right.. it just that i got unlucky.. so decided to play and won around 10BIs ♦ Yay ♦ not a bad session...
although.. kaarma just kicked in when i was writing this.. battery charger fell out laptop, i went to put it back in.. it sparked against my VGA slot.. and then turned of oh fml if this has broke !!!
