i would have folded on the turn and not call if it was not a spade and i had no nut flush draw..
so either i should have 3bet and played for stacks or fold after getting raised?

I find it helpful when I listen to classical guitar music on the background helps me keep my attention in the game and less sleepy.
I prefer classical music since it has no lyrics therefor it doesn't grab too much attention. it's relaxing and soothing..
