Is there anyone who knows what happens if I transfer money into TURNAMENT DOLLARS on fulltilt? and what does it do? Is there a different in normal dollars and turnament dollars?

well yeah, some people call it tournament dollars. ^^

I don't think there is an difference.

There is a difference, with T$ you can only buy into SNGs or tournaments and NOT into cash games.
