First of all, do we like calling here preflop given villains aggressive stats and wide range? I figure AQ is dominating his range a lot and we can just let him barrel off when we make top pair. Or do we prefer to 4bet here given that we are out of position and will miss the flop quite often? His 3bet size is rather small, which kind of hints at strength.
