i had my id check 4 days ago i don't know how long this is going 2 be i don't know what is taking so long i said this 2 days ago and they said it was 1 day i don't want to sound rude or mean but it has been a while...

check your email, they might have requested for a bill example to be sent to them.

Did you send the ID information from the correct E-mail address? It doesnt seem to be in the system so I suggest you write a ticket to our support via the ticket system ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/ ) and re-send your ID.
