The image needs to be on the internet, and available to all.
When you have the URL click on the "Insert Image" button in the button bar above the message entry box.
Paste in the URL of the image an you're done.
This may not be possible on an iPhone -- I wouldn't know.

You first have to upload the picture to imageshack.us or photobucket.com.
They'll give you a URL for every picture you've uploaded. Then you can post the picture on the forum with that URL (if you make it to bronze first of course.)

About this topic. I have never played live poker before, but I do sometimes have the same feeling that ppl really don't know what they are doing when I'm playing nl2.
I suggest you go play some nl2 on a site with really really big fish (i.e. 888poker) and train your TAG style!
And like other people said, don't get creative, play ABC. If you have a hand bet, if you don't give up, don't bluff!

What buy-ins do you usually do darkpenance?
£5 rebuys I play quite alot.
I've also played £20, £35 and £50
Generally, in UK casinos anyway, you get gamblers playing those games with a few decent players thrown in for good measure. They are the kind of people who play Poker like its blackjack or roulette.
I haven't played any expensive tournament games like £100+, I'm guessing you get a higher caliber of player in those but I bet their are still alot of fishy gamblers.
