i decided not to 3bet cause he was very tight and never folded to a 3bet...
he showed very strong and i decided to fold cause i knew he is gonna shove the river

He was assuming that his UTG range is strong and there ain't many hands what he beats on the turn and doesn't make sense to Call the turn and fold the river.
