When you check the flop and the turn, villain is pretty sure you don't have a flush, so with that in mind I think if you plan on calling the turn you have to call the river. Villain could well be trying to value bet a straight as well here or indeed might have picked up a set on the turn and is making a terrible river bet.

I don't mind folding the turn if you think villain is a passive nit but calling the turn and folding the river is probably the worst option.
