The flop bet was okay.

The turn bet was awful, you're just turning your hand in to a bluff and it's really obvious after your flop bet gets called in 2 places that your hand is no good on the turn when the only draw hits.

I don't see how villain is ever betting a worse flush on this river and he would have raised the turn with a straight so it can only mean he must have a full house. You definitely should have gotten off this hand before the river.

Turn could well be a check/call depending on the action after you check, but the hands that are calling you on the flop tend to have 2 pair or better on the turn. Betting just leads to things getting expensive for you.
