Wouldn't almost everyone have sold at least some shares? Exception being the rich businessmen of course.

I think the only ones who did not sell their action where business men, seat winners and Phil Ivey. Not sure though ♦
the commentators mentioned several times that Jens Kyllonen also had 100% of himself, but I have no idea where they got that info

Jens himself told to PokerStrategy and several other media that he bought in fully himself. He did sell pieces, maybe swapped with someone.
