I dont think you should be raising with A5s with 50BB, reason is like you saw you are out of position throughout the hand and will be in tough spots the majority of the time. Even when you flop top pair you most likely would find it hard to bet 3 streets and will often be bluffed off the hand, or be forced to pay someone off because would figure he must be bluffing because you checked, all in all just fold preflop, the fact that you are playing MSS takes out any complicated moves, I think you need to be playing more straight forward poker especially at Micro stakes and look for solid hands in position.

Putting my self in your shoes I think I would have

bet between $0.30 and $0.35 on flop, Turn pot becomes ($1.05-$1.15) and you will have $2.07-$2.02

On turn I would bet $0.85-$0.9 and fold to a raise, ( i am tempted to say bet all in on turn, but I doubt thats the correct play)

if called on turn, river pot is $2.75-$2.95, and $1.22-$1.12 left, now since the river is a blank I would be tempted to check call his shove as I want him to bet his missed flush draw or second pair etc..

I don't like raising crap aces out of position as it will get you in trouble more often than that you know you are valuebetting

Here I would valuebet the Flop but the Turn is close as I mostly want to bet half pot or check/call even. Then the River is either a check/fold or check/call depending if the draw completes

By betting this big, you just have to fold the River & confirms why raising A5s out of position is not a good idea
