I played a few real money tables, tried logging in today, and saw this. They say nothing about Canada as a banned country.

check with them whether your IP looks like an US one on their end, if so check with your ISP if they use US hosted servers and that would be the problem

I've moved it to the mansion poker board.
Perhaps someone there might know more about this.
In the meantime, I would contact their support, and your ISP to ensure that you do not appear to be somewhere other than Canada.
