fish overbets river

So this guy was pretty fishy, didnt have much hands but he was limping few i had.
But at the same time he played passive and folded when he missed.
So when he calls the flop checks the turn and overbets almost x1.5 the size of pot, i think he only has a flush there??

I would rather expect a full house and give him a set of 7s or 8s.
The result is the same - based on your reads I would fold the hand since you are behind very likely.

Yes I did choose to fold but was a lil puzzled by his bet.

Against a fish, you can bet turn for value (Ax, XdX, some Qx).

Raise ~120 pre, bet 3/4 Flop, jam Turn, pray River.
