The question is about flop – I decided not to cBet because the board looks so dangerous but I actually think now that I could have given it a try with my 2 overcards + a weak FD + possible backdoor straightdraw outs.

Well, instead CB the flop whilst you also have FD in the hand than just give it up directly. Way too weak. :)
