Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU$1.09:///////;SB$0.79:///////;BB$1.72:///////;UTG1$2.29:///////;UTG2$2.13:///////;MP1 (Hero)$2.00:///////;MP2$1.94:///////;MP3$1.82:///////;CO$1.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with Q:h, Q:c.
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.08, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $0.08, 3 folds, BB calls $0.06.

Flop: ($0.25) K:d, T:s, 2:d (3 players)
BB bets $0.02, Hero raises to $0.16, MP3 folds, BB calls $0.14.
I have no idea what this min block bet is supposed to mean, alas I have no idea how to react.

Turn: ($0.57) 5:s (2 players)
BB bets $0.02, Hero calls $0.02.
Should I have here again?

River: ($0.61) J:d (2 players)
BB bets $0.24, Hero folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $0.61.

Hi,

I would usually ignore their min-bets and play my hand for value. I like your flop raise for value and since they are often just b/f turn I would also raise there 0.28$ and then take my free showdown.

best regards,
