Watched the Deadgirl and Dogtooth today. Both good. Dogtooth reminded me a bit of The Skin I Live In, another great movie.
someone reminded me about Critters (1986) today, i remember watching it when i was little, haven't seen the sequels but they seem to have gotten in the wrong direction, i've added the first movie since i find it rather weird, and cool ♦

I've seen The Beaver already. Interesting to see Mel Gibson in such a role. Tbh yesterday fell asleep watching Following but I liked the beginning very much, just super tired.
redskwerl why would you genre The Beaver as being weird? i haven't seen it yet, but i will surely watch as soon as possible Mel Gibson in such posture.
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) , seen it last night, what an amazing piece of cinematography. Now i can't really tell if im looney or not . :))
Butterfly Kiss (1995) , very strange characters , amanda plummer did a great job acting here.
Antichrist - sexual penetration, genital mutilation (you will wince) and witchcraft. It's not for kids!!
Palindromes - multiple actresses playing the lead part in this little Todd Solondz ripper.
Eagle vs Shark - very funny, and often warm, movie if you like your laughs awkward.

Splice was pretty f'd up, very well done w/ the creepiest sex scene ever imo.
Some 60's/70's vampire movie(can't remember the title
and an old film with a hitman and a guru-like Mick Jagger w/ a crazy soundtrack
Let's not forget all-time faves, A Clockwork Orange, and Rocky Horror!!
not sure if i can recommend it in good faith.. nevertheless, it's definitely a weird movie.
i hated human centipede, it was so awfull, i don't think we should add it to the list, its so bad
