Do you have any notes or stats on him? the open limp/3bet is quite hard to balance, and if we are talking about microstakes, he probably isn't balanced enough. i think he could have a lot of middle pocket pairs. without reads it's, in my opinion, a very difficult hand, because that move is just so unusual... I think i would call down if two blanks come on turn or river. If he has a somehow tight range of ol/3b, you could beat 66-88, AQ and AJ, and he will probably third barrel with them. I'm not sure though.
WIthout being able to determine his limp/reraise range i'd first consider this move as strong. Good A, good Kx and Pocketpairs-. Lets just check your Equity against his Range. I guess it's almost a flip. You'll be ahead but not as far enough to justify raising at some point. Your plan , especially without reads, should be to just call down. There's not much sense in raising the Turn. It would overrepresent your hand and what if he 3bets? You cannot fold to an unknown.

If i figured out correctly... Even if his range is that wide, you don't have a significant edge and i think in reality his range is actually tighter. It's almost a flip and your line is: Call 3times and if he checks at some point, valuebet!
