Hi guys,

Full Tilt, $0.10/$0.25 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

Hero (CO): $25.66 (102.6 bb)
BTN: $10.39 (41.6 bb)
SB: $24.75 (99 bb)
BB: $26.79 (107.2 bb)
UTG: $19.65 (78.6 bb)
MP: $35.94 (143.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 4 7 8 6
UTG calls $0.25, MP folds, Hero calls $0.25, BTN raises to $1.35, 2 folds, UTG calls $1.10, Hero calls $1.10

Flop: ($4.40) J 5 Q (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($4.40) 3 (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $2.04, UTG raises to $6.28, Hero raises to $24.31 and is all-in, 2 folds

Results:

Spoiler

$19.00 pot ($0.95 rake)
Final Board: J 5 Q 3
Hero mucked 4 7 8 6 and won $18.05 ($10.42 net)
BTN mucked and lost (-$3.39 net)
UTG mucked and lost (-$7.63 net)

pos VPIP / PFR / tot 3bet / Hands
UTG: 93 / 60 /66,7 (6) / 16
BUT: 49 / 16 /11,8 (17)/ 48

Since the action on the flop was low i tried a semi bluff 4bet on the turn. Is it ok or maniac? Should i perhaps leave this hand alone preflop?

Preflop iso or fold. Call is not good because your hand will be dominated on a multiway pot!

I would open raise that hand PF! Limping is a bad option I think!

OTT I think I would just call and see a river card but your play just worked great. However, I dont think it will work most of the times!

Agree with preflop. Definitely raise or fold, never limp. Limping is for losers! :f_biggrin:

When the flop is checked around BTN clearly has nothing at all, I would expect him to bet this flop with any made hand or any draw.

So when UTG checks the turn this is definitely a spot for trying to buy the pot. I would lead out for full pot here as a semi bluff.

As played I don't like the turn shove as it makes no sense after checking the flop and turn but you got away with it and nobody called you (I really don't see both players folding that often).
