You get 11.5:1 versus his range from the pot. He has value hands, flush draws and bluffs. I'd say flush draws are less likely since he is probably better off calling with them. If he has the nut flush draw, he has a pair of aces to go with it. Bluffs with air are unlikely because he is facing many opponents. You also have to invest more on the turn and possibly the river if he happens to be bluffing. If he is on a flush draw after all, he may still be a favorite to win with two overcards to your seven to go with the flush draw. Spiking the 7 might make life miserable.

Folding third pocket pair to a raise in a 4-way pot with a flush draw and two overcards can't be that bad. Only the direct pot odds argue in favor of a call, but not convincingly enough.

I would play it the same way. I put him on weak A (he would probably 3bet stronger ones), two pairs, set .. Depends on how agresively he plays. And in that case 77 is not good enough despite the good price I guess.

Its fine.You can easily be behind and in this case you are basically dead.Other than that you are hoping for a FD which has good equity vs you anyway and is mostly coinflipping so you dont loose that much when folding. Without any reads I totally like just folding.

why cbetting... when you just accepted that i'll have to fold each time?

not much FE. if there're nines i'll be overpaying. postition's not perfect for bottom pair and so on and so on...)

Actually you'll be ahead surprisingly often, the board does have a Flush Draw on it but otherwise is pretty dry so your opponents will often be caught with hands they cannot continue with.

In a 4-way pot I'll check an awful lot when I miss but in this situation I think we may be able to either take the pot down now or buy the button, either of which is great.
