Hi!

Villain is 50/16/5/48 vpip/pfr/3bet/wtsd over 229 hands with 1.3 AF.
On the notes front, I don't have much relevant but he seems to have his moments:
- saw him bet AKo on 654 4-way when PFR checked;
- raised A3o on K72ss without FD 3way.

I folded assuming I'm behind (duh) and thinking I'd have to fold on a lot of rivers but I'm not sure it's the right decision in contrast of how high I'm up in my range.

You should just call it down. Statswise and from the reads you've given this guy seems way too unreasonable to lay down your toprange here. Consider all the draws being possible and betting AK 4way and raising A3o 3way is a sign that he doesn't well understand this game and therefore don't give him that much credit. furthermore he's got 16 PFR and aggressive tendencies that i'd assume that he basicall openraises strong Ax hands as well as KQ and with 48 WTS he's peeling very light an the flop that he's capable of having enough semibluffs or worse madehands in his raisingrange. bet/calldown against him!
