IMO the easiest would definitely be MTTs in general, I probably haven't played the hardest game but out of NLHE and PLO, I'd probably have to say some kind of FR PLO.

Not at all, mtts are really hard to master.. You get to play all stacksizes, all table sizes, you cannot table select in any way and the variance is crazy.
I'd say the easiest form are prob 6max/fr hyperturbos as there's very little post flop play.
