Other than move tables, is there anything that can be done about these guys?

Hey pleno, I want to AYA about 6max now.
A bit background: I returned to poker in may last year, and only played FL. I will keep on playing FL, since I love the game, but I liked the idea of learning a bit of NLHE both as a transition to PLO8 and MTT.
So, my first question is: is NLHE in between FL and PLO8 enough to use it as a step in that ladder?
And my second question,l and more important: I want to start with NL, but i don't want to play FR. Do you think that it's necessary to go through FR first and then go to 6max? If not, how should I start my path down 6max?
I have came accross this topic few days ago and I'm really grateful that there is somebody like Pleno who put some effort to answer any questions related to 6max cash game. Really good job Pleno !
I want to ask you about some of the stats you recommend to have in Hud

MP PFR
CO PFR
BTN PFR
SB PFRis "PFR" the % of time the Villain open from certain positions or the % of hands he open from that positions ? Isn't better to have "Raise1st" in our Hud instead of "[position] PFR" ?
What are the correct/incorrect number for that stats and how we can exploit that during game ?

What do you think about incorporating min5bet bluffing in spots where villain probably has wide 4bet range. Stat wise how much is wide?

IMHO if it is profitable, you should just do it. You do know you make profit even if you ch/f everytime when he calls, and thats not the actual case and you do hit some flops.
