Hi.

Given the lack of info, I think this is a very easy fold. UTG calls the 4b which tells me that he has JJ/QQ really often, and sometimes even KK/AA. And BTN is going to be super strong here as well when he cold 4bets you vs your 3bet vs UTG.

Of course if we knew that UTG is a huge fish who calls 4bets with all sorts of BS (like he did here), and we also knew that BTN is attacking us with a wide range, or at least knows that we have a wide 3betting range here, then stacking off AK is better.
