Can you take a quick look at my stats and point out some things that i could adjust. I have a small sample but maybe there is something that catches eye.
Hands are played mostly on NL2, some on NL4 and regular tables.

Agression freq are calculated like in HEM.

Btw You have great coachings, i like to see how you crush these limits. Also quite entertaining, because you even make my girlfriend laugh

Hey, and hi to your girlfriend

You are playing way too tight dude. Need to open those ranges.

You need to see your ranges progress and develop through the positions. You are basically raising the same OR LESS from MP as you are from EP. You can now open the best hands you fold from MP.

From the cut off/button, if there is tight regs, open really, really wide, they are generally terrible and passive so will struggle to deal with your aggression. If they are fish, tighten up and open hands that dominate them.

See ya tomorrow? :)

We'll be there on evening, not sure if from beginning or maybe later.
About this being tight, i almost feel myself maniac , but still i look over my ranges. Also i think, my 3 bet range IP could be little bit larger.

Wish you nice session!

P.S. Sorry abouth my English

Hi Coach!

I've got a question, could you please talk a little, what is the best way to implement those theories that are shown in the videos section? :)

Yesterday on coaching you talked little bit about squeezing and i asked you to talk about squeezing ranges, but it forgot or something. I ask because atm i basically squeeze very little and mostly value hands on NL2, NL5. On other hand you squeeze very loose for me like that hand from yesterdays coaching.

Hero (BTN): $31.56
SB: $70.78
BB: $25
UTG: $25
MP: $27.23
CO: $26.81

SB posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.35) Hero has T♦ 6♦

fold, MP raises to $0.75, CO calls $0.75, Hero raises to $2.75, fold, fold, fold, CO calls $2

Flop: ($6.30, 2 players) 8♣ A♥ Q♥
CO checks, Hero bets $3.50, fold

Hero wins $6.30

Are you using here same concept like you do on just 3-betting, where you raise some value hands and best hands you fold? So here i guess then that T7s, T8s or like that would be call?

Also i watched that range constructing video you shared and is there any middle golden rule for ratio of value hands vs bluffs when squeezing or again very depending on opponent like against fish more value hands, nits more bluffs, but against guys who look regulars on these micro stakes?

I hope my ideas are clare, but i guess you can put whole lecture together on that topic.

Good luck in tables :)

Hi pleno1 :)
I've got some questions about general Showdown stats interpretation for 6max Zoom players :)

W$WSF - what value here would you consider to be represented by fit or fold players and what value for bluffers/floaters etc?
for example:
less then 45%W$WSF - player is fit or fold , more then 45%W$WSF - player wins a lot NonSD

W$SD - same question (what value here would you consider to be represented by fit or fold players and what value for bluffers/floaters etc?)

WTSD - what value here would you consider to be represented by players who are easy to bluff and those ones who are not?

Really nice thread, read all the 50 pages in 2 days. Started using your hud, and was wondering, if I could get the color-coding?

Hi Pleno!

After watching all your coachings today, I decided to try and do the same things - think about ranges, be aggressive, when opponent looks weak - works like a miracle, graph below!

26,7bb/100 over 5,2k hands, and the thing is, I got coolered left, right and center for the last 1.5k hands, so it's not just a rungood.

Would this be one of the hands where villain reps very thinly on the flop, so we 3bet? Villain is a 31/8/4,0AF/26 hands.

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q:s, K:s.
Hero raises to $0.12, 2 folds, BU calls $0.12, 2 folds, BB folds.

Flop: ($0.3) 7:c, T:d, 7:h (2 players)
Hero bets $0.19, BU raises to $0.40, Hero raises to $0.80, BU calls $0.40.

Mmmm - I think learning to play tight then loose is the right approach to poker. Discipline is key. That's a first. Secondly I believe at nl4 you won't have enough fold equity in spots like these that you showed on dry boards cause you'll only get raised here for value. Well almost for value. His bluff range won't be enough so that you can bluff 3bet profitably. Also they won't rly fold their thin value betting raising range. You can just fold here and learn discipline and how to play for value.

hey pleno,

awesome thread, love the effort you are putting in here

what winrates per each position would you consider as 1) good and 2) very good, especially from SB & BB. (talking about regs from 100NL up to 600NL, over big sample size obv)

If you don´t mind you could post your WR per position over last few hundred k hands or so? would be pretty cool to know. anyways, thanks in advance! :)

hello pleno
how should i play low boards when im UTG when high card is 8 or lower
generaly im just check folding a lot unless i hit

my utg range is 55+,ATs+,KJs+,QJs,JTs,AJo+,KQo
if the tabe is tight i sometimes fold KQo and AJo and open some suited connecters or A2-A5s instead but that rarely happens.

i play nl25
