No stats on villain, should raise the turn? I block many straight draws and he should can't have many sets in his range.

Why didn't you cbet the flop? OTT i'd definetly raise. Like you said, it's tough for villain to have us beat... It would really really suck if he'd 3bet us there tough... Then you'd have to make a tough decision...

You could bet this flop, other than that you played it fine.

When you do check back this flop, you pretty much never have hearts in that spot as far as your opponent will think, so when the heart hits on the river, you can't rep it by betting.

All you can do is check it back, villain wont fold his straights that just hit.

Turn call is also okay, if the river blanks villain will fire again giving you an easy call. (I would consider KQ54 to be blank river cards)
