6 folds, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 3, K, A (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero calls, SB folds.

Turn: (4 BB) A (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero 3-bets, BB caps, Hero calls.

River: (15 BB) A (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.

Pretty ok, he could have the ace so check after him on the river. I could also probably raise on the flop because he would probably call.


Always bet while you think you are ahead, a raise on the flop was definitely a good idea by ForTexi.

Your opponent may have the A, but I still like a river bet, as any pocket pair will call. There is a chance that they may have the A to raise or call with the chase K, but I think you're ahead.

i think raise flop is an option, but if he has a low A he will calldown if he is not very aggressiv. you hand is very strong and you dont have to protect and so cF rT has more value.
river is close. i think you can thin valuebet there, but cb is also an option. i dont expect he will ct quads on the river, because you have to be scared to, if you not have an A.
